Turning Innovative Quantum Research into Transformative Technologies.

The center was founded in 2019 by UMD’s A. James Clark School of EngineeringCollege of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences, and the CCDC Army Research Laboratory. Technologies coming out of QTC have the potential for commercialization and startup company creation, with a larger impact on economic development for the state.
